COWORKING CAFE | 47 EAST DISCOVERY CAFE | FOODVENTURES

Freelancers, home-based job workers and start-up entrepreneurs are on the rise. Control over their schedule, more time for themselves and their family, and no need to commute to work are some of the reasons why they chose freelancing over their corporate jobs.

Coworking space concept started when there are lots of demand and hype for coworking space since people are beginning to realize the value of coworking.

I recently visited a coworking space and a cafe in one. 47 East Discovery Cafe is located at Esteban Abada St. Loyola Heights, Quezon City.

Their coworking space has a minimalist interior and homey ambience which I find very inviting. The coworking place is spacious, there are lots of tables and couches. They also have private rooms which you can rent as your office or for your presentations.

Some of the perks you can get in their coworking space are unlimited coffee, tea or water, free high-speed internet, mail collection, discounts on 47 East events, and printing services.

 Below are their rates.

Too occupied to grab some meal or snacks? No worries because they have a cafe too which serves filling meals like their Flatbreads, Rice meals, Pasta, Breakfast meals, Desserts and Drinks.

Flatbreads

Tapsilog

Chicken Schnitzel

Pork nuggets with Mushroom Gravy

Discovery Cafe's own line of juices. Exported from Europe

Every Friday at 7 pm they are hosting an open mic night. Anyone can enjoy and sing their hearts out.

Overall, a coworking space like 47 East Discovery Cafe has a better work environment which can make you raise the productivity of your work while you enjoy free coffee, high-speed internet, attending events and building a network.

MAKE BRUSH TIME HAPEE TIME | How to make brushing teeth fun for kids | FAMBLOG

How to make brushing teeth fun for kids Getting your kids to brush their teeth isn't always easy. Explaining how essential oral care is just doesn't seem to be doing the trick. Kids thinking that brushing their teeth is something that they've got to do routinely makes the task seem boring to them.  Every day is a struggle for me to brush my kids' teeth. That's why I came up with some of these tips on how you can make tooth brushing fun for them. CONSISTENCY and ROUTINE As much as you want your kids to have fun while brushing their teeth, they have to know that tooth brushing is a daily routine and part of cleaning their body too. As they say, consistency is the key and in time they'll be able to get used to it. BRUSH WITH THEM We as parents have a great influence in our child's development and behaviours. We should always teach them by example and not just by words.  First, let them explore and practice brushing their teeth ...

NEW PERUVIAN RESTAURANT IN QC | CEVICHE PERUVIAN GASTRO PUB | FOODVENTURES

Ceviche is a new Peruvian Restaurant in Quezon City. It is the well-known before as 'Don Andres Peruvian Restaurant' in Scout Tobias. They recently moved their restaurant in Sto. Domingo street and changed the name to 'Ceviche'.   This is my first time to know about Peruvian Cuisine and I know that most of Filipinos are not very familiar with it too. It's great that there's a new resto to try in Banawe area that is different from what we are accustomed to.  Peru is known for their Ceviche and it's a favourite dish of many in Peruvian cuisine. Ceviche is like our Kilawin but instead of using vinegar, they use citrus fruits like lime or lemon. The resto has a very homey ambience. Great painted wall art and colorful tables and chairs. Ceviche is also a gastropub and they have plenty of alcohol, beers and cocktails that you can choose from.  Ceviche has a wide menu from chicken to pork to beef to seafood.  ...
