NEW PERUVIAN RESTAURANT IN QC | CEVICHE PERUVIAN GASTRO PUB | FOODVENTURES

Ceviche is a new Peruvian Restaurant in Quezon City. It is the well-known before as 'Don Andres Peruvian Restaurant' in Scout Tobias. They recently moved their restaurant in Sto. Domingo street and changed the name to 'Ceviche'.   This is my first time to know about Peruvian Cuisine and I know that most of Filipinos are not very familiar with it too. It's great that there's a new resto to try in Banawe area that is different from what we are accustomed to.  Peru is known for their Ceviche and it's a favourite dish of many in Peruvian cuisine. Ceviche is like our Kilawin but instead of using vinegar, they use citrus fruits like lime or lemon. The resto has a very homey ambience. Great painted wall art and colorful tables and chairs. Ceviche is also a gastropub and they have plenty of alcohol, beers and cocktails that you can choose from.  Ceviche has a wide menu from chicken to pork to beef to seafood.

AMAZING FOOD AT ANGELS TOWN CAFE | FOODVENTURES

Angels Town Cafe is a simple but inviting cafe tucked in the streets of South Caloocan. This amazing cafe serves delightful food at amazing prices.  T hey have a wide selection of food, from Filipino dishes up to the usual American dishes that we love.  We started our foodventure with their Buffalo Wings (4 pcs. P155, 8 pcs. P200) . The wings are flavorful, crispy on the outside and cooked just the right way through.  Next we tried is their pasta dishes, Baked Macaroni (P90) and Spicy Tuna & Pesto (P270) . Their plates of pasta are a hit for me. It's creamy, cheesy and very affordable too.  They also have Filipino Dishes like Beef Caldereta (P360) , Porkchop Ala Prito (P105) , and Butterflied Tilapia (P105) . Their Roast beef (P189) is a winner for me. It's fork tender melts-in-your-mouth beef and the sauce is just right, it's flavorful but not too salty. They say there
