THE WORLD IS BETTER WHEN WE COME TOGETHER… THROUGH CHICKEN | MAX'S Restaurant | FOODVENTURES

THE WORLD IS BETTER WHEN WE COME TOGETHER… THROUGH CHICKEN Can you imagine a world where the sun doesn’t shine? A life where we must aimlessly walk blind with nothing but darkness to guide us? This may sound like a dystopian, post-apocalyptic scenario, but in ‘Rise Up,’ Max’s Restaurant’s newest instalment of its ‘Every Kind of Family’ campaign, it is a far lighter take; one of kindness, respect, collaboration, and working together for the good of everyone. Max’s history of compelling storytelling was recently recognized by the prestigious Asia-Pacific Tambuli Awards as the Advertiser of the Year for coming up with ‘End Alienation,’ which highlights our intrinsic need to belong. UNLIMITED BBQ or anything Unlimited is a sure hit to foodies in the metro now. No doubt that every city has a resto that offers Unli BBQ. In Wrong Yakiniku, they serve a fusion of Japanese Yakiniku and Korean BBQ. You might ask, why Wrong Yakiniku? The owners Chef Ron Ramirez and Kurt Fortuna are avid fans of Korean BBQ and since Chef Ron also owns a Japanese resto in Bulacan & his forte is cooking Japanese food, they decided to combine those two cuisines. Hence they came up with Wrong Yakiniku as their concept. The place is quite spacious and can sit up to 75 people. What's on their menu? SET A (P299) Chicken Meat All-You-Can with unli side dishes like kimchi, tteokbokki, fish cake, japchae, lettuce marbled potatoes, rice and drinks. The resto is pleasing to the eyes and makes you really want to come in. Their Set Menu for Mondays to Fridays Lunch is priced at P499, Dinner is P549 While on Fridays and Holidays its P549 Their set menu includes unlimited meats, side dishes, soup, rice and lettuce. The quality of their meat is at par and fresh too. They also have marinated meats and among those marinated meats that we tried, the Spicy Pork Bulgogi is the one I liked most.  As for the non-marinated meats, Woosamgyup was really good, it's perfect also to dip it in their cheese dip that's creamy.  And oh btw, they have
