The OG of Japan's Souffle Pancake is now here in Manila! You no longer need to go to Japan to have a taste of these premium jiggly pancakes.

Gram Cafe and Pancakes is famous for its fluffy three towering premium souffle pancakes.

You no longer need to go to Japan to have a taste of these premium pancakes.

If you haven’t eaten Japanese pancakes yet, then you’re in for a treat! They’re fluffy, jiggly, airy and light.

To ensure their freshness, they only serve 90 pancakes per day. Served at 11am, 2pm, and 6pm. Each pancake is cooked to order and the process can take up to 30 minutes.

The pancakes consists of a stack of three thick pancakes served with house-made butter, whipped cream, and maple syrup.

Aside from their Premium Souffle Pancakes, they also have other sweet and savory regular pancakes too.
